"You" refers to you, as a user of our Service.

MYNT TRADER LLC IS AN EDUCATIONAL TRADING COMMUNITY. ALL CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED (INCLUDING TRADING STRATEGIES, MARKET ANALYSES, DISCUSSIONS, SIGNALS, OR CHARTS) IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE ARE NOT LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISORS AND DO NOT OFFER INDIVIDUALIZED FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.
Using or subscribing to our Service does NOT create a client-advisor, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship that would subject us to laws and regulations applicable to registered brokers, dealers, or financial advisors.

If you are under 18, or otherwise lack the capacity to enter into a binding contract, do not use our Service.
Some features may require creating an account (e.g., via Discord). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account at info@mynttrader.com.
We offer subscription services and paid content. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Discord). Additional terms by those providers may apply.
Your payment grants you access to educational content and community features but does NOT entitle you to individualized investment advice or guarantee any financial returns.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our separate Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change fees with reasonable notice before new rates take effect.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription or payments.

You may post, upload, or submit content (e.g., messages, comments, trading ideas) ("User Content"). You alone are responsible for User Content you make available through the Service. You will not post content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that violates securities laws or third-party rights.
By posting User Content, you grant Mynt Trader LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service and related promotional activities. You also grant other users of the Service a non-exclusive license to access and use your content as permitted by these Terms.
All text, code, graphics, features, and functionality provided by the Company ("Company Content") are owned by or licensed to Mynt Trader LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and use the Company Content solely as needed for your personal, lawful use of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYNT TRADER LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW. CERTAIN STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY. IN THOSE PLACES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mynt Trader LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your (1) violation of these Terms, (2) User Content, or (3) breach of any representation or warranty herein.
If we assume defense of such a matter, you will reasonably cooperate at your own expense. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in writing of any such claim or proceeding within 30 of learning of it.
We collect, use, and store information as described in our Privacy Policy (https://mynttrader.com/privacy). This includes Discord IDs, emails (encrypted at rest), IP addresses, and other data needed to operate the Service.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the dispute arises. The seat of arbitration shall be in Collin County, Texas, and the proceedings shall be in English.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON OR OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
Any cause of action or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, it is permanently barred.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post notice of material changes on our website or via email to the address associated with your account 30 days before changes become effective. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mynt Trader LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior written or oral agreements. All disclaimers, indemnifications, limitations of liability, arbitration terms, IP rights, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms shall survive.
